1. Services
Nuneaton Phone Repairs provides mobile phone repair services including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repairs, and software troubleshooting. Services may be provided at our location, at your doorstep, or remotely.
2. Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments can be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- We strive to accommodate your preferred time but cannot guarantee availability.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on device model and repair complexity.
- Final price will be confirmed after diagnosis and before any work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Repair Process
- We use high-quality parts, which may be OEM, refurbished, or compatible depending on availability and customer preference.
- Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability or unforeseen complications.
- We will contact you immediately if any issues arise during the repair.
- You have the right to decline any repair after diagnosis at no charge.
5. Data and Privacy
- You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair.
- While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- We recommend removing any sensitive information and screen locks before service.
- Our technicians will respect your privacy and will not access personal data unnecessarily.

6. Warranty
- Screen Repairs: 6-month warranty on parts and labor.
- Battery Replacements: 12-month performance warranty.
- Other Repairs: 3-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications after repair.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuneaton Phone Repairs shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damage to devices caused by pre-existing issues not disclosed at time of repair
- Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days (may be disposed of)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your device and issues.
- Back up your data before service.
- Remove screen locks and provide passwords if necessary for testing (at your discretion).
- Collect your device promptly after repair completion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Nuneaton Phone Repairs and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
